Fiona Twomey

Fiona Twomey qualified as a Solicitor in 1990. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and general litigation practicing in the areas of personal injuries, employment, product liability, occupier liability, employer liability and general contract and building disputes.

Fiona has a large insurance litigation practice, acting for the Insurers in personal injury and professional negligence claims, policy and indemnity disputes and licencing law.

She is a past President of the Southern Law Association and is currently a Member of the Council of the Southern Law Association. Fiona is now the Law Society Representative on the District Court Rules Committee and is also a Member of the Disciplinary Tribunal.

Fiona is a trained CEDR Mediator.

Marcella Power

Marcella brings to her clients her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the law combined with sound practical advice.

Marcella was admitted as a Solicitor in 1995 and holds a BCL. from University College Cork, and a Diploma in Property Tax from the Law Society of Ireland.

With over 18 years experience in Probate and in all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing Marcella is a results driven proactive solicitor and is will always strive to ensure best possible outcome for clients. Marcella also advises clients on all aspects of commercial law as well as Landlord and tenant law.
